小学班主任班级管理策略的有效性研究
摘 要:随着基础教育改革的深入,小学班主任班级管理面临新的挑战与机遇,为提升班级管理水平,本研究聚焦小学班主任班级管理策略的有效性。以建构主义理论和人本主义教育理念为基础,通过文献分析、问卷调查、访谈及案例研究相结合的方法,选取不同地区12所小学共计36个班级作为样本,收集一手数据并进行量化与质性分析。研究发现,传统管理模式难以满足现代教育需求,而融合个性化教育、家校共育、信息技术支持的新型管理策略能显著提升学生综合素质与班级凝聚力。

Study on the effectiveness of class management strategy
Abstract:With the deepening of the basic education reform, the class management of primary school homeroom teachers is facing new challenges and opportunities. In order to improve the class management level, this study focuses on the effectiveness of the class management strategy of primary school homeroom teachers. Based on the theory of constructivism and humanistic education concept, through the combination of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and case study, 36 classes from 12 primary schools in different regions were selected as samples to collect first-hand data and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis. It is found that the traditional management mode is difficult to meet the needs of modern education, and the new management strategy integrating personalized education, home-school co-education and information technology support can significantly improve the students' comprehensive quality and class cohesion.
