摘 要
随着全球化进程加速和市场竞争加剧，创业企业面临前所未有的机遇与挑战，创新资源获取成为其生存与发展的重要保障。本研究聚焦创业企业创新资源获取途径及其效果评价，旨在揭示不同获取途径对创业企业发展的影响机制。基于资源基础理论与网络嵌入理论，通过问卷调查法收集了涵盖多个行业的327家创业企业的数据，并运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明，内部研发、战略联盟、政府支持、风险投资是创业企业获取创新资源的主要途径，其中内部研发对技术创新能力提升作用最为显著，战略联盟有助于市场开拓与资源整合，政府支持在初期阶段发挥关键引导作用，风险投资则为快速成长提供资金动力。进一步发现，不同获取途径之间存在协同效应，合理组合能增强整体效果。此外，创新资源获取对创业绩效具有正向影响，且这种影响受企业吸收能力调节。本研究创新性地构建了包含多种获取途径的综合评价框架，为创业企业在复杂环境下制定科学合理的资源获取策略提供了理论依据与实践指导，丰富了创业管理领域关于创新资源获取的研究内容。

Abstract
As globalization accelerates and market competition intensifies, entrepreneurial firms are confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges, making the acquisition of innovation resources critical for their survival and development. This study focuses on the pathways and effectiveness evaluation of innovation resource acquisition in entrepreneurial firms, aiming to uncover the impact mechanisms of different acquisition methods on firm development. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Network Embeddedness Theory, data were collected from 327 entrepreneurial firms across multiple industries using a questionnaire survey method, and structural equation modeling was employed for empirical analysis. The results indicate that internal R, strategic alliances, government support, and venture capital are the primary means through which entrepreneurial firms acquire innovation resources. Among these, internal R has the most significant effect on enhancing technological innovation capabilities; strategic alliances facilitate market expansion and resource integration; government support plays a crucial guiding role in the initial stages; and venture capital provides financial impetus for rapid growth. Furthermore, synergistic effects exist between different acquisition pathways, and a rational combination can enhance overall effectiveness. Additionally, the acquisition of innovation resources positively influences entrepreneurial performance, an effect moderated by the firm’s absorptive capacity. Innovatively, this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation fr amework incorporating multiple acquisition pathways, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for entrepreneurial firms to formulate scientific and reasonable resource acquisition strategies in complex environments. This research also enriches the literature on innovation resource acquisition within the field of entrepreneurial management.
