摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展和企业规模的不断扩大，传统财务管理模式面临诸多挑战，成本控制难度日益增加。在此背景下，财务共享服务模式应运而生，其通过整合企业内部财务资源，实现财务流程标准化、集中化处理，为成本控制提供了新的思路与方法。本研究旨在探讨财务共享服务模式下成本控制策略，以期为企业提供有效的成本管理方案。研究基于文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法，选取多家已实施财务共享服务的企业作为样本，深入剖析其成本控制实践。结果表明，在财务共享服务模式下，通过优化业务流程、加强预算管理、提升信息化水平等措施，能够有效降低运营成本、提高财务管理效率。创新之处在于构建了适用于该模式的成本控制框架，强调业财融合的重要性，并提出基于大数据分析的成本预测模型，为企业精准决策提供支持。此外，研究还发现良好的沟通机制与绩效考核体系是确保成本控制策略顺利实施的关键因素，这对完善企业内部控制体系具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, traditional financial management models face numerous challenges, leading to increasing difficulties in cost control. In this context, the financial shared services (FSS) model has emerged as a response, integrating internal financial resources of enterprises to achieve standardized and centralized financial processes, thereby providing new approaches and methods for cost control. This study aims to explore cost control strategies under the FSS model to offer effective cost management solutions for enterprises. By combining literature review with case analysis, multiple enterprises that have implemented FSS are selected as samples to thoroughly examine their cost control practices. The findings indicate that under the FSS model, measures such as optimizing business processes, enhancing budget management, and improving the level of informatization can effectively reduce operating costs and improve financial management efficiency. The innovation lies in constructing a cost control fr amework tailored for this model, emphasizing the importance of integration between business and finance, and proposing a cost prediction model based on big data analysis to support precise decision-making. Additionally, the study reveals that an effective communication mechanism and performance evaluation system are crucial factors for the successful implementation of cost control strategies, which holds significant reference value for improving the internal control system of enterprises.
