数字化转型对企业运营效率的影响

摘    要

  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业数字化转型成为提升竞争力的关键路径。本研究旨在探讨数字化转型对企业运营效率的影响,基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,选取2015-2020年间沪深A股制造业上市公司为样本,运用面板数据模型进行实证分析。研究发现,数字化转型显著提升了企业的运营效率,具体表现为总资产周转率、存货周转率等指标的改善。进一步分析表明,数字化转型通过优化内部管理流程、提高决策科学性、增强供应链协同效应等机制发挥作用。创新之处在于首次将数字技术应用程度量化为综合指数,并引入中介变量考察其传导机制。此外,研究还发现不同规模企业在数字化转型中的表现存在差异,大型企业受益更为明显。本研究不仅丰富了数字化转型领域的理论成果,也为企业管理者提供了实践指导,建议企业应重视信息化建设投入,加强人才培养,完善配套制度,以实现可持续发展。同时,政府应出台相关政策鼓励企业加快数字化转型进程,推动产业升级。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a critical pathway for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. This study investigates the impact of digital transformation on operational efficiency in enterprises, grounded in the resource-based theory and dynamic capabilities theory. By selecting manufacturing companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2015 to 2020 as samples, this research employs a panel data model for empirical analysis. The findings indicate that digital transformation significantly improves operational efficiency, as evidenced by enhancements in indicators such as total asset turnover and inventory turnover. Further analysis reveals that digital transformation exerts its influence through mechanisms including the optimization of internal management processes, improvement in decision-making scientificity, and enhancement of supply chain synergies. An innovative aspect of this study is the quantification of the degree of digital technology application into a composite index and the introduction of mediating variables to examine the transmission mechanisms. Additionally, the study finds that firms of different sizes exhibit varying performances in digital transformation, with larger firms benefiting more prominently. This research not only enriches theoretical outcomes in the field of digital transformation but also provides practical guidance for enterprise managers, recommending increased investment in information infrastructure, enhanced talent cultivation, and improved supporting systems to achieve sustainable development. Moreover, it suggests that the government should introduce policies to encourage enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation, thereby promoting industrial upgrading.
