摘 要
猪繁殖障碍性疾病严重影响全球养猪业的健康发展，造成巨大经济损失。本研究旨在系统分析猪繁殖障碍性疾病的流行病学特征及遗传学基础，为防控提供理论依据。通过收集全国范围内不同地区、品种的发病数据，结合实验室检测结果，运用分子生物学技术对病原进行分离鉴定和基因测序分析，同时开展全基因组关联分析以确定宿主易感基因位点。研究发现，猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、伪狂犬病毒等为主要致病因子，且存在多种病毒共感染现象；特定基因型与疾病易感性显著相关。创新性地构建了基于大数据分析的流行病监测预警模型，首次揭示了多个与繁殖障碍密切相关的宿主基因，为开发新型疫苗和精准防控策略提供了重要靶点，研究成果将有助于提升我国乃至世界范围内猪繁殖障碍性疾病的防控水平。

ABSTRACT
Pig breeding disorder diseases seriously affect the healthy development of the global pig industry and cause huge economic losses. This study aims to systematically analyze the epidemiological characteristics and genetic basis of swine breeding disorders, so as to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control. By collecting the incidence data of different regions and varieties across the country, combining with the laboratory test results, molecular biology technology is used to separate and identify the pathogen and conduct gene sequencing analysis, and carry out genome-wide association analysis to determine the host susceptibility gene loci. It is found that swine reproduction, respiratory syndrome virus and pseudorabies virus are the main pathogenic factors, and there are a variety of viruses coinfected phenomenon; specific genotypes are significantly associated with disease susceptibility. Innovative construction based on the data analysis of big epidemic monitoring and early warning model, for the first time reveals the multiple is closely related to the host gene, for the development of new vaccine and precise control strategy provides important targets, research results will help to improve our country and even the world pig breeding disorder disease prevention and control level.

ABSTRACT
