摘要:本文以数控系统现场总线可靠通信机制为研究课题,通过对数控系统与现场总线的概述,以及数控系统中现场总线应用的分析,针对现场总线通信机制的需求和挑战进行了深入研究。本文提出了一种系统建模和仿真的方法,通过通信协议设计和优化、误码检测和纠正技术、容错和恢复机制设计等手段,实现数控系统现场总线通信的可靠性。在对现场总线通信机制的需求和挑战进行分析后,本文给出了错误检测与纠正机制、网络冲突与干扰管理、容错与恢复机制设计等对策与建议。

Abstract:This paper takes fieldbus reliable communication mechanism of CNC system as the research topic, through the overview of CNC system and fieldbus, and the analysis of fieldbus application in CNC system, the needs and challenges of fieldbus communication mechanism are deeply studied. In this paper, a method of system modeling and simulation is proposed to realize the reliability of fieldbus communication of CNC system by means of communication protocol design and optimization, error detection and correction technology, fault tolerance and recovery mechanism design. After analyzing the needs and challenges of fieldbus communication mechanism, this paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions, such as error detection and correction mechanism, network conflict and interference management, fault tolerance and recovery mechanism design.
