摘 要
随着现代社会的发展，家庭结构与生活方式发生深刻变化，家政服务需求日益增长且趋向专业化、多元化，传统家政教育难以满足现代要求。为此，本研究聚焦现代家政教育中实践技能培养策略，旨在探索适应新时代需求的家政人才培养模式。通过文献研究法梳理国内外相关研究成果，明确研究起点；运用问卷调查法和访谈法收集一线家政从业人员、雇主及家政培训机构等多方数据，深入了解当前家政教育实践技能培养现状、问题与需求。研究发现，目前存在理论与实践脱节、技能培训体系不完善、缺乏标准化评价体系等问题。针对上述问题提出构建以市场需求为导向，融合职业素养、专业知识与专项技能的课程体系，创新“工学结合”的教学模式，建立多元化的评价机制等策略。本研究创新性地将现代教育理念融入家政教育领域，为优化家政教育实践技能培养提供了理论依据与实践指导，有助于提升家政服务质量，推动家政行业健康发展，对促进就业、改善民生具有重要意义。

RESEARCH ON THE CULTIVATION STRATEGIES OF PRACTICAL SKILLS IN MODERN HOME ECONOMICS EDUCATION
ABSTRACT
With the development of modern society, the family structure and life style have undergone profound changes, and the demand for domestic service is growing day by day and tends to be professional and diversified. Therefore, this study focuses on the training strategies of practical skills in modern home economics education, aiming to explore the training model of domestic talents that ADAPTS to the needs of the new era. Through the literature research method to sort out the relevant research results at home and abroad, clear the starting point of research; Questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to collect data from front-line domestic staff, employers and domestic training institutions to deeply understand the current situation, problems and needs of practical skills training in domestic education. It is found that there are some problems such as disconnection between theory and practice, imperfect skill training system and lack of standardized evaluation system. In response to the above problems, it is proposed to construct a curriculum system oriented by market demand, integrating professional quality, professional knowledge and special skills, innovate the teaching mode of "combining work with study", and establish diversified evaluation mechanisms. This research innovatively integrates modern education concepts into the field of home economics education, provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing the training of practical skills in home economics education, helps to improve the quality of home economics service, promotes the healthy development of the home economics industry, and is of great significance for promoting employment and improving people's livelihood.
