Abstract: This article reviews the research background, purpose, and current status of avian aspergillosis, outlines the pathogenic characteristics, impact on poultry farming, and epidemic situation of the disease, and provides a detailed introduction to diagnostic methods and prevention strategies. By observing and analyzing clinical symptoms and signs, conducting laboratory tests and analyzing biochemical indicators, and using molecular biology detection methods, avian aspergillosis can be effectively diagnosed. To prevent this disease, comprehensive measures need to be taken, including strengthening feeding management, maintaining hygiene in poultry houses, and controlling feed hygiene. Vaccine prevention and immunization strategies are also important means of preventing and treating this disease. This article provides important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the diagnosis and control of avian aspergillosis.
