摘 要
本研究旨在深入探讨口腔粘膜病的免疫病理机制，并对当前治疗进展进行综述。口腔粘膜作为人体重要的免疫屏障，其病变不仅影响口腔健康，还与全身免疫系统密切相关。通过对口腔粘膜病的免疫学研究，我们发现这类疾病的发病机制涉及复杂的免疫反应网络，包括T细胞、B细胞及多种细胞因子的相互作用。本研究采用文献回顾与实验分析相结合的方法，系统评价了口腔黏膜病的免疫学特点，揭示了免疫失衡是导致口腔黏膜病变的关键因素。在实验部分，我们运用先进的分子生物学技术，对口腔黏膜病患者的样本进行了深入分析，发现了几种关键的免疫标志物，这些标志物与疾病的活动性和预后密切相关。此外，本研究还总结了近年来的治疗进展，包括新型免疫抑制剂、生物制剂以及基因疗法等前沿技术的应用。这些新方法在改善患者病情、减少副作用方面显示出显著效果。

Abstract
This study aims to deeply explore the immunopathological mechanisms of oral mucosal disease and review the current treatment progress. As an important immune barrier of human body, the lesions of oral mucosa not only affect oral health, but also are closely related to the systemic immune system. Through immunological studies of oral mucosal diseases, we found that the pathogenesis of such diseases involves complex immune response networks, including the interaction of T cells, B cells and various cytokines. This study combined literature review and experimental analysis to systematically evaluate the immunological characteristics of oral mucosal disease, revealing immune imbalance as a key factor leading to oral mucosal lesions. In the experimental part, we applied advanced molecular biology techniques to conduct an in-depth analysis of samples from patients with oral mucosal disease, and found several key immune markers that are closely related to the activity and prognosis of the disease. Furthermore, this study summarizes recent therapeutic advances, including novel immunosuppressor agents and biological agents, as well as the application of cutting-edge technologies such as gene therapy. These new methods have shown significant results in improving patients' condition and reducing side effects.
