摘 要
本研究聚焦于小学生道德与法治教育的课程实施效果,旨在探讨该课程在基础教育阶段的实际成效及其影响因素。随着我国教育改革的深入推进,道德与法治教育作为立德树人的重要载体,其课程实施质量直接关系到学生核心素养的培养。研究采用混合研究方法,通过问卷调查、课堂观察和深度访谈等方式,对全国12个省份36所小学的课程实施现状进行系统调查。研究发现:当前道德与法治课程在教学目标达成度、教学内容适切性、教学方法创新性等方面取得显著成效,学生道德认知水平和法治意识明显提升;但同时也存在教师专业素养不足、教学资源匮乏、评价体系不完善等问题。研究创新性地构建了"三维一体"的课程实施效果评估模型,从知识掌握、能力培养和价值引领三个维度进行综合评价。基于实证数据,提出了优化师资培训、开发特色教材、完善评价机制等改进建议。研究成果为深化小学道德与法治教育改革提供了理论依据和实践指导,对提升课程育人实效具有重要的现实意义。

An analysis on the effect of curriculum implementation of elementary school students' moral and legal education

Abstract:This study focuses on the implementation effect of moral and rule of law education for primary school students, aiming to explore the actual effect and influencing factors of this course in the basic education stage. With the deepening of China's educational reform, moral and legal education, as an important carrier to cultivate morality and cultivate people, its curriculum implementation quality is directly related to the cultivation of students' core qualities. The research adopts a mixed research method, through questionnaire survey, classroom observation and in-depth interview, to systematically investigate the current situation of curriculum implementation in 36 primary schools in 12 provinces. The findings are as follows: the current ethics and rule of law courses have achieved remarkable results in the achievement of teaching ob jectives, the appropriateness of teaching content, and the innovation of teaching methods, and the students' moral cognition and rule of law awareness have been significantly improved; But at the same time, there are also problems such as lack of professional quality of teachers, lack of teaching resources and imperfect evaluation system. This paper innovatively constructs a "three-dimensional integrated" evaluation model of curriculum implementation effect, and makes a comprehensive evaluation from three dimensions: knowledge mastery, ability cultivation and value guidance. Based on the empirical data, this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing teacher training, developing characteristic teaching materials and perfecting evaluation mechanism. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for deepening the reform of moral and legal education in primary schools, and have important practical significance for improving the effectiveness of curriculum education.
