即时检验技术在急诊检验中的应用研究
摘 要
本研究探讨了即时检验技术在急诊检验中的应用价值与创新实践。通过对比分析某三甲医院急诊科采用POCT技术与传统实验室检测的临床数据，评估其在诊断效率、准确性及患者预后等方面的表现。研究选取了心肌标志物、血糖、血气分析等常见急诊检验项目作为研究对象，采用随机对照试验设计，共纳入1200例急诊患者。结果显示，POCT技术将平均检测时间从传统方法的45分钟缩短至15分钟以内，危急值报告及时率提升至98.5%，显著优于对照组的82.3%。在诊断准确率方面，POCT与传统实验室检测结果具有高度一致性。此外，POCT的应用使急诊患者的平均住院时间缩短1.2天，医疗费用降低15%。研究表明，POCT技术能够有效提升急诊检验效率，改善患者预后，具有显著的临床应用价值。本研究的创新点在于首次系统评估了POCT在急诊多项目联合检测中的综合效益，为优化急诊诊疗流程提供了实证依据。

Research on the application of instant test technology in emergency examination
ABSTRACT
This study explored the application value and innovative practice of point-of-care testing technology in emergency testing. By comparing the clinical data of POCT technology and traditional laboratory tests, the performance in diagnostic efficiency, accuracy and patient prognosis was evaluated. Common emergency test items such as myocardial markers, blood glucose and blood gas analysis were selected as the research ob jects, and the randomized controlled trial design was adopted, and a total of 1200 emergency patients were included. The results showed that the POCT technology shortened the average detection time from 45 minutes in the traditional method to less than 15 minutes, and the timely rate of critical value reporting increased to 98.5%, which was significantly better than the 82.3% in the control group. In terms of diagnostic accuracy, POCT is highly consistent with traditional laboratory tests. Furthermore, the application of POCT reduced the average length of stay by 1.2 days and 15% in medical costs. Studies have shown that POCT technology can effectively improve the efficiency of emergency examination and improve patient prognosis, and has significant clinical application value. The innovative point of this study is the first systematic evaluation of the comprehensive benefit of POCT in emergency multi-item joint testing, which provides an empirical basis for optimizing the emergency treatment process.
