摘 要
随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在游戏开发领域的应用日益广泛。本研究旨在探讨人工智能技术在游戏开发中的创新应用模式及其对游戏体验的优化效果。通过文献分析、案例研究和实验验证相结合的方法,系统研究了智能NPC行为建模、自适应游戏难度调节、情感计算等关键技术。研究发现,基于深度强化学习的NPC行为决策系统可显著提升游戏角色的智能化水平;采用动态难度平衡算法能够有效维持玩家的沉浸感;结合情感识别技术的情感交互系统则增强了游戏的社交属性。研究创新性地提出了多模态融合的游戏AI框架,实现了游戏场景下自然语言处理与计算机视觉的协同应用。实验结果表明,该框架在提升游戏真实感和玩家参与度方面具有显著优势。本研究为人工智能技术在游戏产业中的深度应用提供了理论依据和实践指导,对推动游戏行业的智能化转型具有重要意义。

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN GAME DEVELOPMENT
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its application in the field of game development is increasingly extensive. The purpose of this study is to explore the innovative application mode of artificial intelligence technology in game development and its optimization effect on game experience. Through the method of literature analysis, case study and experimental verification, the key technologies such as intelligent NPC behavior modeling, adaptive game difficulty adjustment and emotion computing are systematically studied. It is found that the NPC behavior decision system based on deep reinforcement learning can significantly improve the intelligence level of game characters; Dynamic difficulty balancing algorithms can help keep players engaged; The emotional interaction system combined with emotion recognition technology enhances the social nature of games. The research innovatively proposes a multi-modal fusion game AI fr amework, which realizes the collaborative application of natural language processing and computer vision in the game scene. The experimental results show that the fr amework has significant advantages in enhancing game realism and player engagement. This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the deep application of artificial intelligence technology in the game industry, and is of great significance for promoting the intelligent transformation of the game industry.
