红豆杉生长特性及人工栽培技术研究
摘 要
红豆杉(Taxus chinensis)作为一种珍稀濒危植物,具有重要的药用和经济价值。然而,其自然生长缓慢且分布有限,严重制约了资源的可持续利用。本研究旨在探讨红豆杉的生长特性及人工栽培技术,以期为保护和开发这一珍贵资源提供科学依据。研究采用了野外调查与室内实验相结合的方法,对不同地理区域的红豆杉进行了生长参数的测定和分析。结果显示,红豆杉在不同海拔和气候条件下的生长速度存在显著差异,其中高海拔地区的生长速度较慢,但木材质量较高。通过对比自然生长与人工栽培的红豆杉,发现人工栽培条件下,适当的光照、温度和湿度控制可以显著提高生长速度和木材产量。此外,本研究还创新性地引入了生物肥料和微生物菌剂,有效改善了土壤肥力,进一步促进了红豆杉的生长。研究结果表明,通过优化栽培技术和环境管理,可以大幅提升红豆杉的人工栽培效率和经济效益。

STUDY ON THE GROWTH CHARACTERISTICS AND ARTIFICIAL CULTIVATION TECHNIQUES OF TAXUS CHINENSIS
ABSTRACT
As a rare and endangered plant, Taxus chinensis (Taxus chinensis) has important medicinal and economic value. However, its slow natural growth and limited distribution, which seriously restricted the sustainable utilization of resources. The aim of this study was to explore the growth characteristics and artificial cultivation techniques of Taxus chinensis in order to provide a scientific basis for the protection and development of this precious resource. The study used a combined field survey and indoor experiments to determine and analyze the growth parameters of Taxus chinensis in different geographical areas. The results showed significant differences in yew growth rates between altitude and climate conditions, with slower growth at higher altitude but higher wood quality. By comparing natural growth with cultivated yew, we found that proper light, temperature and humidity control could significantly improve the growth rate and wood yield under cultivated conditions. In addition, this study also innovatively introduced biofertilizers and microbial agents, which effectively improved soil fertility and further promoted the growth of Taxus chinensis. The results show that the artificial cultivation efficiency and economic benefits of Taxus can be greatly improved by optimizing the cultivation techniques and environmental management.
