林木遗传多样性是生态系统稳定性和物种适应性的基础,然而,由于人类活动和环境变化的影响,全球范围内林木遗传资源的流失问题日益严重。本研究旨在探讨有效的林木遗传多样性保护策略,以期为森林资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。研究采用了多学科交叉的方法,包括分子生物学、生态学和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,对我国多个典型森林生态系统的遗传多样性进行了系统评估。结果显示,不同森林类型的遗传多样性存在显著差异,其中亚热带常绿阔叶林的遗传多样性最高,而人工林的遗传多样性相对较低。此外,通过构建遗传多样性与环境因子之间的关联模型,发现气候变化和土地利用变化是影响林木遗传多样性的主要因素。基于这些发现,本研究提出了一系列综合保护策略,包括建立基因库、实施生态恢复工程以及加强社区参与等措施。这些策略不仅有助于减缓遗传资源的流失,还能促进森林生态系统的健康和稳定。

STUDY ON CONSERVATION STRATEGIES OF FOREST GENETIC DIVERSITY
ABSTRACT
Forest genetic diversity is the basis of ecosystem stability and species adaptability. However, due to the influence of human activities and environmental changes, the loss of forest genetic resources is becoming more and more serious worldwide. The aim of this study was to explore effective strategies for forest genetic diversity conservation, in order to provide scientific basis for the sustainable use of forest resources. A multidisciplinary approach, including molecular biology, ecology and geographic information system (GIS) techniques, was used to systematically assess the genetic diversity of several typical forest ecosystems in China. The results showed that there were significant differences in genetic diversity among different forest types. The genetic diversity of subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest was the highest, while that of plantation forest was relatively low. In addition, by establishing the correlation model between genetic diversity and environmental factors, it is found that climate change and land use change are the main factors affecting the genetic diversity of forest trees. Based on these findings, this study proposes a series of integrated conservation strategies, including establishing gene banks, implementing ecological restoration projects, and strengthening community participation. These strategies not only help slow the loss of genetic resources, but also promote the health and stability of forest ecosystems.
