树木衰老过程中的生理生化变化及调控机制
摘 要
树木衰老是一个复杂的生物学过程,涉及多种生理生化变化。本研究旨在探讨树木衰老过程中关键的生理生化变化及其调控机制。通过对中国多个地区不同树种的长期观察和实验分析,我们采用了多层次的生理生化指标检测方法,包括叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、细胞膜透性等。研究发现,随着树木年龄的增长,叶绿素含量显著下降,抗氧化酶活性减弱,细胞膜透性增加,这些变化与树木衰老密切相关。此外,通过基因表达谱分析,我们识别出多个与衰老相关的关键基因,并揭示了其在调控树木衰老过程中的作用机制。特别地,本研究首次发现了一种新型抗氧化酶基因在延缓树木衰老中的重要作用,为开发抗衰老育种技术提供了新的理论依据。

PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHANGES AND REGULATORY MECHANISMS DURING TREE AGING
ABSTRACT
Tree senescence is a complex biological process that involves multiple physiological and biochemical changes. This study aimed to explore the key physiological and biochemical changes and their regulatory mechanisms during tree aging. Through long-term observation and experimental analysis of different tree species in many regions of China, we adopted multi-level physiological and biochemical index detection methods, including chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity, cell membrane permeability, etc. We found that chlorophyll content decreased significantly, antioxidant enzyme activity decreased and increased cell membrane permeability as trees aged, and these changes were closely related with tree aging. Furthermore, through gene ex pression profiling, we identified multiple key genes associated with aging and revealed their mechanisms in the regulation of tree aging. In particular, this study identified for the first time the important role of a novel antioxidant enzyme gene in delaying tree aging, providing a new theoretical basis for the development of anti-aging breeding techniques.
