本文旨在全面分析中国农产品出口竞争力的现状,并探讨提升其竞争力的有效策略。首先,文章概述了研究的背景、意义及现状分析,明确了研究方法。随后,从竞争力理论和农产品国际贸易理论出发,构建了农产品出口竞争力的评价指标体系。通过对中国农产品出口规模、结构、市场分布、季节性特征及价格波动等方面的详细分析,揭示了当前中国农产品出口的主要特征和存在的问题。在此基础上,文章进一步探讨了影响中国农产品出口竞争力的关键因素,包括生产成本、质量安全、政策环境和市场需求等。针对这些问题和影响因素,本文提出了提升中国农产品出口竞争力的具体策略。一方面,通过优化生产结构,提高农业科技水平,推广标准化生产模式,发展特色农产品品牌和加强农业产业链整合,以增强农产品的内在竞争力。另一方面,通过改善贸易环境,深化国际贸易合作,优化出口退税政策,提升贸易便利化水平和应对国际贸易壁垒措施,为中国农产品出口创造更加有利的外部条件。本文的研究成果对于提升中国农产品在全球市场的竞争力具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract
This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the current situation of China's agricultural export competitiveness, and explore the effective strategies to enhance its competitiveness. First, the paper summarizes the background, significance and current situation analysis of the research, and clarifies the research method. Then, starting from the theory of competitiveness and the theory of international trade of agricultural products, the evaluation index system of the export competitiveness of agricultural products is constructed. Through the detailed analysis of the scale, structure, market distribution, seasonal characteristics and price fluctuation of China's agricultural export, the main characteristics and existing problems of China's agricultural export are revealed. On this basis, the paper further discusses the key factors affecting the export competitiveness of China's agricultural products, including production cost, quality and safety, policy environment and market demand. In view of these problems and influencing factors, this paper puts forward specific strategies to enhance the competitiveness of China's agricultural export. On the one hand, by optimizing the production structure, improving the level of agricultural science and technology, popularizing the standardized production mode, developing the brand of characteristic agricultural products and strengthening the integration of agricultural industry chain, to enhance the internal competitiveness of agricultural products. On the other hand, by improving the trade environment, deepening international trade cooperation, optimizing the export tax rebate policy, enhancing the level of trade facilitation and dealing with international trade barriers, we will create more favorable external conditions for China's agricultural export. The research results of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products in the global market.
