摘 要
在体育教育领域,专业学生的运动技能与教学能力是其专业发展的关键要素。本文旨在研究体育教育专业学生运动技能与教学能力的同步提升路径,以期为培养高素质的体育教育人才提供理论支持和实践指导。在相关概念阐述部分,文章对运动技能和教学能力的内涵进行了界定,并分析了两者之间的关系。文章指出,运动技能是体育教育专业学生的基础能力,而教学能力则是其专业发展的核心。两者相辅相成,共同构成了体育教育专业学生的综合能力。在体育教育专业学生现状分析部分,文章通过调查研究,分析了学生在运动技能和教学能力方面的现状,以及影响这些能力发展的因素。研究发现,学生在运动技能方面存在一定的差异,而在教学能力方面则普遍缺乏实践经验和创新教学方法的应用。在同步提升路径实施的保障机制部分,文章提出了一系列保障机制,包括课程体系的完善与优化、专业师资队伍的建设、实践教学条件的保障以及学生自我发展意识的培养。文章强调,课程体系的多元化设计、专业课程与通识课程的融合、运动技能课程的分级教学是提升学生运动技能的关键。同时,师资队伍的结构优化、师资培养与引进策略、教师专业发展支持体系对于提升教学能力至关重要。此外,实习实训基地的建设与合作、教学设施与器材的现代化更新、虚拟仿真技术的应用以及学生自我认知与反思能力的培养也是实现同步提升的重要保障。

Abstract
In the field of physical education, the sports skills and teaching ability of professional students are the key elements of their professional development. The aim of this paper is to study the ways to improve sports skills and teaching ability of students majoring in physical education, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality physical education talents. In the part of related concepts, the article defines the connotation of motor skills and teaching ability, and analyzes the relationship between them. The article points out that sports skills are the basic ability of students majoring in physical education, and teaching ability is the core of their professional development. Both complement each other and constitute the comprehensive ability of students majoring in physical education. In the part of physical education students' current situation analysis, the article analyzes the students' current situation in sports skills and teaching ability through investigation and research, and the factors that affect the development of these abilities. The study found that there are some differences in the students' motor skills, while in the teaching ability, there is a general lack of practical experience and the application of innovative teaching methods. In the part of the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of the synchronous promotion path, the paper puts forward a series of guarantee mechanisms, including the improvement and optimization of the curriculum system, the construction of professional teachers, the guarantee of practical teaching conditions and the cultivation of students' self-development consciousness. The article emphasizes that the key to improve students' sports skills is the diversified design of curriculum system, the integration of professional courses and general courses, and the graded teaching of sports skills. At the same time, teacher structure optimization, teacher training and introduction strategies, teacher professional development support system are crucial to improve teaching ability. In addition, the construction and cooperation of practice and training bases, the modernization and updating of teaching facilities and equipment, the application of virtual simulation technology and the cultivation of students' self-cognition and reflection ability are also important guarantees to achieve synchronous improvement.
