本文聚焦于中小企业创新能力提升的路径研究，旨在探讨在当前复杂多变的经济环境下，中小企业如何通过内外部因素的综合作用，有效提升其创新能力，进而增强市场竞争力。文章首先界定了创新能力的概念与构成要素，并分析了中小企业的基本特征及其面临的创新挑战。随后，从政策环境、市场环境、企业内部因素及技术与知识积累四个维度，深入剖析了影响中小企业创新能力提升的关键因素。在此基础上，本文提出了中小企业创新能力提升的具体路径与策略，包括加强研发投入与技术创新，优化企业治理结构与管理模式，拓展融资渠道与资金运作，以及深化市场洞察与客户需求。特别地，文章强调了技术创新的核心地位，提出了研发投入的策略与效率分析方法，以及技术创新的动力机制与激励机制构建。同时，针对中小企业普遍存在的融资难题，探讨了多元化融资方式、创新融资工具的应用及融资风险管理与控制策略。最后，本文总结了中小企业创新能力提升的关键要素与路径，为中小企业管理者和政策制定者提供了有价值的参考，有助于推动中小企业实现可持续发展。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the path of improving the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming to explore how small and medium-sized enterprises can effectively improve their innovation ability through the comprehensive effect of internal and external factors in the current complex and changeable economic environment, so as to enhance their market competitiveness. This paper first defines the concept and components of innovation ability, and analyzes the basic characteristics of smes and the innovation challenges they face. Then, from the four dimensions of policy environment, market environment, internal factors of enterprises and technology and knowledge accumulation, the key factors affecting the improvement of smes' innovation ability are deeply analyzed. On this basis, this paper puts forward specific paths and strategies to improve smes' innovation ability, including strengthening R&D investment and technological innovation, optimizing corporate governance structure and management mode, expanding financing channels and capital operation, and deepening market insight and customer demand. In particular, the paper emphasizes the core position of technological innovation, puts forward the strategy and efficiency analysis method of R&D investment, and the construction of the driving mechanism and incentive mechanism of technological innovation. At the same time, in view of the common financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper discusses the application of diversified financing methods, innovative financing tools and financing risk management and control strategies. Finally, this paper summarizes the key elements and paths of smes' innovation ability improvement, which provides valuable references for smes managers and policy makers, and helps to promote smes' sustainable development.
