摘 要
随着共享经济模式的兴起与发展，传统的营运资金管理模式面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。在研究背景与意义方面，本文指出共享经济作为一种新兴的经济形态，其独特的资源配置方式和运营模式对企业的营运资金管理提出了新的要求。国内外研究现状表明，尽管已有研究对共享经济及其影响进行了初步探讨，但针对其对营运资金管理影响的系统性研究仍显不足。研究目的在于构建适应共享经济模式的营运资金管理新机制，以提高资金使用效率，降低运营风险，并为企业的可持续发展提供支持。本文采用文献综述、案例分析和理论构建等方法，系统地分析了共享经济模式下营运资金管理的现状、问题及改进策略。在共享经济模式概述部分，本文首先对共享经济的定义与特征进行了阐述，并探讨了其兴起与发展的历程。随后，分析了共享经济对传统营运资金管理的影响，指出了共享经济企业在资金流动性、成本与风险方面的特点。在营运资金管理现状分析部分，本文通过对共享经济企业的营运资金管理现状进行深入分析，揭示了资金筹集、运用与管理中存在的问题，并提出了针对性的改进建议。在新机制构建部分，本文基于利益相关者理论和动态能力理论，提出了新机制构建的原则和策略。这些原则包括灵活性、风险控制和效率优先，而策略则涉及资金筹集、运用和监控等方面。此外，本文还探讨了新机制实施的技术应用、组织结构调整等路径。通过本研究，不仅为共享经济企业的营运资金管理提供了理论指导和实践参考，也为共享经济模式下企业财务管理的创新提供了有益的启示。

Abstract
With the rise and development of the sharing economy model, the traditional working capital management model is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. In terms of research background and significance, this paper points out that the sharing economy, as a new economic form, its unique resource allocation and operation mode put forward new requirements for the working capital management of enterprises. The current research situation at home and abroad shows that although there have been preliminary studies on the sharing economy and its impact, systematic studies on its impact on working capital management are still insufficient. The purpose of this study is to build a new working capital management mechanism that ADAPTS to the sharing economy model, in order to improve the efficiency of capital use, reduce operational risks, and provide support for the sustainable development of enterprises. Using literature review, case analysis and theory construction, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation, problems and improvement strategies of working capital management under the sharing economy model. In the overview of the sharing economy model, this paper first expounds the definition and characteristics of the sharing economy, and discusses its rise and development course. Then, it analyzes the impact of sharing economy on traditional working capital management, and points out the characteristics of sharing economy enterprises in terms of capital liquidity, cost and risk. In the analysis of the current situation of working capital management, this paper analyzes the current situation of working capital management of sharing economy enterprises, reveals the existing problems in fund raising, application and management, and puts forward targeted suggestions for improvement. In the part of new mechanism construction, this paper puts forward the principles and strategies of new mechanism construction based on stakeholder theory and dynamic capability theory. These principles include flexibility, risk control, and efficiency priorities, while strategy deals with capital raising, utilization, and monitoring. In addition, this paper also discusses the implementation of the new mechanism of the technical application, organizational structure adjustment and other ways. This study not only provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the working capital management of sharing economy enterprises, but also provides beneficial enlightenment for the innovation of financial management of enterprises under the sharing economy model.
