摘 要
随着市场经济的快速发展，企业面临的营运资金流动性风险日益增加，这对企业的稳健运营和持续发展构成了严峻挑战。本文旨在探讨企业营运资金流动性风险的成因、影响及其控制策略，以期为企业管理层提供有效的风险管理工具和决策支持。首先，本文在绪论部分阐述了研究的背景和意义，指出了流动性风险对企业运营的重要性，并概述了国内外在该领域的研究现状，明确了本研究的目的和研究范围。在理论基础部分，本文详细解释了流动性风险的内涵和表现形式，明确了营运资金的概念及其在企业管理中的核心地位，强调了营运资金管理的重要性，为后续的风险分析和控制策略提供了理论支撑。在企业营运资金流动性风险分析部分，本文深入探讨了流动性风险的成因，包括内部管理因素和外部环境因素，并提出了风险识别与评估的方法和工具。同时，分析了流动性风险对企业运营的具体影响，如对现金流和企业信用的影响，并通过对成功和失败案例的分析，揭示了流动性风险管理的实践意义。在企业营运资金流动性风险控制策略部分，本文提出了一系列针对性的控制策略。对于短期流动性风险，本文提出了现金管理策略和短期融资策略；对于长期流动性风险，则提出了资本结构优化和长期融资策略。此外，还探讨了内部控制与流程优化的重要性，以及如何通过市场环境适应策略和风险预警机制来应对外部环境变化。最后，本文总结了研究的主要发现，并提出了相应的政策建议。同时，也指出了研究的局限性，并对未来的研究方向提出了展望。

Abstract
With the rapid development of market economy, enterprises are faced with the increasing liquidity risk of working capital, the enterprise's steady operation and sustainable development presents a serious challenge. This paper aims to explore the causes, effects and control strategies of working capital liquidity risk in order to provide effective risk management tools and decision support for enterprise management. First of all, in the introduction part, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research, points out the importance of liquidity risk to enterprise operations, summarizes the research status at home and abroad in this field, and clarifies the purpose and scope of this research. In the theoretical basis part, this paper explains the connotation and manifestation of liquidity risk in detail, clarifies the concept of working capital and its core position in enterprise management, emphasizes the importance of working capital management, and provides theoretical support for subsequent risk analysis and control strategies. In the part of enterprise working capital liquidity risk analysis, this paper deeply discusses the causes of liquidity risk, including internal management factors and external environmental factors, and puts forward the methods and tools of risk identification and assessment. At the same time, it analyzes the specific impact of liquidity risk on enterprise operation, such as the impact on cash flow and enterprise credit, and reveals the practical significance of liquidity risk management through the analysis of successful and failed cases. In the enterprise working capital liquidity risk control strategy section, this paper put forward a series of corresponding control strategy. For short-term liquidity risk, this paper puts forward cash management strategy and short-term financing strategy; As for the long-term liquidity risk, it puts forward the capital structure optimization and long-term financing strategy. In addition, it also discusses the importance of internal control and process optimization, and how to cope with external environment changes through market environment adaptation strategy and risk warning mechanism. Finally, this paper summarizes the main findings of the study and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. At the same time, the limitations of the research are pointed out, and the future research direction is proposed.
