Abstract
This paper focuses on the application of customized service marketing in home furnishing enterprises. First of all, the relevant overview of customized service marketing, made clear its definition, characteristics and development trend, and emphasized the important position of this model in modern marketing. Customized service marketing to meet the personalized needs of consumers, through flexible service strategy and unique service experience, has won wide attention from the market. Then, the article analyzes the importance of customized service marketing to home furnishing enterprises, and points out that it can not only effectively meet the personalized needs of consumers, improve customer satisfaction, but also significantly enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, improve customer stickiness, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of home furnishing enterprises. However, home furnishing enterprises are also faced with a series of challenges in the process of implementing customized service marketing, such as the difficulty in meeting personalized needs, complex supply chain management, fierce market competition and difficulties in building brand image. These problems require household enterprises must take effective strategies to deal with, the household enterprise customized service marketing strategy solutions, including the use of digital tools to improve service efficiency and precision, optimize supplier selection to ensure service quality and cost control, deepen the market segmentation to more accurately grasp consumer demand, clear brand positioning to shape a unique brand image, and build brand culture and unified communication strategy to enhance brand influence and market awareness. Through the implementation of these strategies, home furnishing enterprises can better respond to the market challenges, and realize the successful landing and sustainable development of customized service marketing.
