随着信息技术的飞速发展和新闻传播行业的深刻变革,新闻教育面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。在这个信息爆炸的时代,创新思维成为新闻人才不可或缺的核心竞争力。然而,当前新闻教育在创新思维培养方面仍存在诸多问题,如课程体系设置不合理、教学方法单一、评价体系不完善以及师资力量薄弱等,这些问题严重制约了新闻人才创新能力的培养与提升。本研究旨在探讨新闻教育中创新思维培养的现状、问题及其对策。首先,通过文献综述和实地调研,分析了新闻教育中创新思维培养的重要性,指出其在提升新闻人才竞争力和应对新闻传播行业变革中的关键作用。随后,深入剖析了新闻教育中创新思维培养存在的主要问题,包括课程体系设置不合理、教学方法单一、评价体系不完善以及师资力量薄弱等四个方面,并具体阐述了每个问题下的具体表现。针对这些问题,本研究提出了相应的对策与建议,包括优化课程体系、创新教学方法、完善评价体系以及加强师资建设等四个方面,旨在为新闻教育改革提供理论支持和实践指导,促进新闻人才创新能力的全面提升。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of information technology and the profound change of news and communication industry, news education is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. In this era of information explosion, innovative thinking has become an indispensable core competitiveness of news talents. However, there are still many problems in the cultivation of innovative thinking in news education, such as unreasonable curriculum system, single teaching method, imperfect evaluation system and weak teachers, etc., which seriously restrict the cultivation and promotion of the innovation ability of news talents. This study aims to explore the current situation, problems and countermeasures of innovative thinking cultivation in journalism education. First of all, through literature review and field research, it analyzes the importance of cultivating innovative thinking in news education, and points out its key role in enhancing the competitiveness of news talents and coping with the reform of news and communication industry. Then, it deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the cultivation of innovative thinking in news education, including four aspects: unreasonable curriculum system, single teaching method, imperfect evaluation system and weak teachers, and specifically expounds the specific performance of each problem. In view of these problems, this research puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including optimizing the curriculum system, innovating teaching methods, improving the evaluation system and strengthening the teacher construction in four aspects, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of news education, and promote the comprehensive promotion of the innovation ability of news talents.
