随着信息技术的飞速发展和全球数字化浪潮的推进,旅游企业正面临前所未有的转型压力与机遇。数字化转型不仅是旅游企业提升运营效率、优化服务质量的关键途径,也是其拓展市场、应对市场变化与竞争挑战的重要手段。然而,在数字化转型过程中,旅游企业普遍面临技术、组织、人才、战略及市场等多方面的障碍。技术选型困难、数据安全与隐私保护问题、传统组织结构与文化的束缚、人才短缺与技能不匹配、战略规划不明确及资源投入不足等问题,均成为制约旅游企业数字化转型成功的关键因素。本文旨在全面分析旅游企业数字化转型过程中所面临的障碍,并提出相应的应对策略。首先,从数字化转型理论基础、信息技术在旅游业的应用以及商业模式创新理论等角度,为旅游企业数字化转型提供理论支撑。随后,阐述了旅游企业数字化转型的重要性,包括提升运营效率与服务质量、拓展市场与营销渠道以及应对市场变化与竞争挑战等方面。在第四章中,详细分析了旅游企业数字化转型在技术、组织、人才、战略及市场等层面的障碍,并逐一剖析其成因。针对这些障碍,本文在第五章中提出了加强技术支撑与安全保障、优化组织结构与人才培养、明确战略规划与资源投入以及拓展市场与应对竞争等具体对策,以期为旅游企业成功实现数字化转型提供实践指导和参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the advancement of the global digital wave, tourism enterprises are facing unprecedented transformation pressure and opportunities. Digital transformation is not only a key way for tourism enterprises to improve operational efficiency and optimize service quality, but also an important means for them to expand their markets, respond to market changes and competitive challenges. However, in the process of digital transformation, tourism enterprises generally face various obstacles such as technology, organization, talent, strategy, and market. Difficulties in technology selection, data security and privacy protection issues, traditional organizational structure and cultural constraints, talent shortage and skill mismatch, unclear strategic planning, and insufficient resource investment have all become key factors constraining the success of digital transformation in tourism enterprises. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the obstacles faced by tourism enterprises in the process of digital transformation and propose corresponding response strategies. Firstly, provide theoretical support for the digital transformation of tourism enterprises from the perspectives of the theoretical foundation of digital transformation, the application of information technology in the tourism industry, and the theory of business model innovation. Subsequently, the importance of digital transformation for tourism enterprises was elaborated, including improving operational efficiency and service quality, expanding market and marketing channels, and responding to market changes and competitive challenges. In Chapter 4, the obstacles to the digital transformation of tourism enterprises in terms of technology, organization, talent, strategy, and market were analyzed in detail, and their causes were analyzed one by one. In response to these obstacles, this article proposes specific measures in Chapter 5, including strengthening technical support and security guarantees, optimizing organizational structure and talent cultivation, clarifying strategic planning and resource investment, expanding markets and responding to competition, in order to provide practical guidance and reference for tourism enterprises to successfully achieve digital transformation.
