随着体育教育的普及与深化,青少年参与体育活动的频率显著增加,但随之而来的运动伤害问题也日益凸显。体育教学中,由于运动准备不充分、技能掌握不牢固、教学管理不到位以及学生个体差异与心理状态等多种因素,运动伤害事件时有发生,不仅影响了学生的身心健康,也制约了体育教学质量的提升。本研究旨在通过综合分析运动生理学、运动损伤学及教育心理学等相关理论,探讨体育教学中运动伤害的主要原因,并提出针对性的预防与应对策略,以期为体育教学实践提供科学指导。本研究聚焦于体育教学中运动伤害的预防与应对措施,通过系统梳理运动生理学基础、运动损伤学原理及教育心理学视角等相关理论,深入分析了体育教学中运动伤害的多重成因。研究发现,运动准备不充分、技能掌握不牢固、教学管理不到位以及学生个体差异与心理状态等因素是导致运动伤害的主要原因。针对这些问题,本研究提出了强化运动准备与装备管理、提升运动技能教学与训练、完善体育教学管理体系以及关注学生个体差异与心理状态等具体对策。这些对策旨在通过科学的方法减少体育教学中运动伤害的发生,保障学生身心健康,提高体育教学质量,促进体育教学事业的健康发展。

Abstract
With the popularization and deepening of physical education, the frequency of young people participating in sports activities has significantly increased, but the problem of sports injuries has also become increasingly prominent. In physical education teaching, due to various factors such as insufficient preparation for sports, weak mastery of skills, inadequate teaching management, and individual differences and psychological states of students, sports injury incidents occur from time to time, which not only affects students' physical and mental health, but also restricts the improvement of physical education teaching quality. This study aims to explore the main causes of sports injuries in physical education teaching through comprehensive analysis of relevant theories such as sports physiology, sports injury science, and educational psychology, and propose targeted prevention and response strategies, in order to provide scientific guidance for physical education teaching practice. This study focuses on the prevention and response measures of sports injuries in physical education teaching. By systematically reviewing the relevant theories of sports physiology, sports injury principles, and educational psychology perspectives, it deeply analyzes the multiple causes of sports injuries in physical education teaching. Research has found that insufficient preparation for sports, weak mastery of skills, inadequate teaching management, and individual differences and psychological states among students are the main causes of sports injuries. In response to these issues, this study proposes specific measures such as strengthening sports preparation and equipment management, enhancing sports skills teaching and training, improving the physical education teaching management system, and paying attention to individual differences and psychological states of students. These measures aim to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries in physical education teaching through scientific methods, ensure students' physical and mental health, improve the quality of physical education teaching, and promote the healthy development of physical education teaching.
