Abstract:This paper focuses on the study of runoff response of the cascade power station in Lhasa River main stream, aiming to discuss the influence of the power station on runoff and its optimization strategy. Firstly, the research background and purpose are introduced, including the research status at home and abroad. Then, the basic situation, design characteristics and operation of cascade power station in Lhasa River main stream are summarized. Then, the basic concepts and theoretical models of runoff response are discussed, and the main factors affecting runoff response and calculation methods are analyzed. Then, it points out the problems existing in the operation of the cascade power station, such as the impact of ecological environment, energy consumption and resettlement. Finally, the optimization strategy is put forward, including reservoir operation, river regulation and ecological protection. This study provides guidance and reference for further optimizing the operation of cascade power plants.
