摘要：本文以企业资本结构优化的策略研究为题，从研究背景和目的、国内外研究现状、研究内容与方法等方面进行了综述。首先介绍了资本结构的概述和企业资本结构的类型与特点，接着分析了资本结构对企业绩效的影响。然后介绍了资本结构优化的理论模型，包括MM理论模型、修正的MM理论模型、优序融资理论模型和权衡理论模型。接下来探讨了当前企业资本结构面临的问题与挑战，包括债务负担过重、股权融资不足和短期融资过多。最后，提出了企业资本结构优化的策略研究，包括债务重组、股权融资和资产证券化。本文的研究对于指导企业资本结构的优化具有一定的理论和实践意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the strategy of capital structure optimization of enterprises is summarized from the aspects of research background and purpose, domestic and foreign research status, research content and methods. This paper first introduces the overview of capital structure and the types and characteristics of enterprise capital structure, and then analyzes the impact of capital structure on enterprise performance. Then it introduces the theoretical models of capital structure optimization, including MM theory model, modified MM theory model, priority financing theory model and tradeoff theory model. Next, it discusses the problems and challenges facing the capital structure of enterprises, including excessive debt burden, insufficient equity financing and excessive short-term financing. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy research of enterprise capital structure optimization, including debt restructuring, equity financing and asset securitization. The research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for guiding the optimization of enterprise capital structure.
