摘要:本文主要研究基于顾客价值的企业竞争优势。从顾客价值的概念出发,分析了顾客价值对企业竞争优势的重要性。同时,通过文献综述和研究现状,探讨了顾客价值认知提升、测量与评价、差异化竞争策略以及创新与优化等相关问题。接着,重点探讨了当前企业竞争策略中存在的问题,如过于关注短期业绩、缺乏全面性、忽略竞争对手以及缺乏持续改进等。最后,提出了基于顾客价值的企业竞争优势策略建议,包括建立以顾客为中心的企业战略文化、强化顾客关系管理、提升产品和服务的差异化能力以及创新和优化企业的运营模式。通过本文的研究,可以对企业如何通过关注顾客价值来提升竞争优势有所启示。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the competitive advantage of enterprises based on customer value. Starting from the concept of customer value, this paper analyzes the importance of customer value to the competitive advantage of enterprises. At the same time, through the literature review and research status, the paper discusses the improvement of customer value cognition, measurement and evaluation, differentiated competition strategy, innovation and optimization and other related issues. Then, it focuses on the problems existing in the current competitive strategy of enterprises, such as too much attention to short-term performance, lack of comprehensiveness, neglect of competitors and lack of continuous improvement. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the enterprise competitive advantage strategy based on customer value, including the establishment of customer-centered enterprise strategic culture, strengthening customer relationship management, enhancing the differentiation ability of products and services, and innovating and optimizing the enterprise operation mode. Through the study of this paper, it can be enlightening to enterprises how to enhance competitive advantage by paying attention to customer value.
