摘要:本论文通过研究产品寿命周期成本管理,旨在探讨在不同阶段管理产品成本的重要性和方法。首先,介绍了研究背景和目的,指出了产品寿命周期成本管理的研究意义。其次,概述了国内外在该领域的研究现状,总结了已有的理论基础和研究方法。然后,对产品寿命周期成本管理的实践现状进行了分析,包括研发、生产制造和销售与服务阶段的成本管理实践。接下来,指出了产品寿命周期成本管理存在的问题,如企业意识缺失、内部沟通不畅和过分注重生产效率等。最后,提出了基于生命周期的产品成本控制对策,包括延伸成本管理到整个生命周期、建立完善的销售渠道和服务网络以及精细化管理和优化生产过程。通过本论文的研究,能够更好地指导企业进行产品寿命周期成本管理,提高企业的竞争力和经济效益。

Abstract:Through the study of product life cycle cost management, this paper aims to explore the importance and methods of product cost management in different stages. Firstly, the research background and purpose are introduced, and the research significance of product life cycle cost management is pointed out. Secondly, it summarizes the research status at home and abroad in this field, and summarizes the existing theoretical basis and research methods. Then, the practice status of product life cycle cost management is analyzed, including research and development, manufacturing and sales and service stage cost management practice. Next, it points out the problems existing in product life cycle cost management, such as lack of enterprise awareness, poor internal communication and excessive emphasis on production efficiency. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures of product cost control based on life cycle, including extending cost management to the whole life cycle, establishing perfect sales channels and service network, and fine management and optimization of production process. Through the research of this paper, it can better guide enterprises to carry out product life cycle cost management, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and economic benefits.
