随着全球制造业的快速发展与市场竞争的日益激烈,机械设计领域面临着前所未有的挑战。一方面,标准化设计以其高效、低成本和高质量的优势,成为提升生产效率、降低生产成本的重要手段;另一方面,用户对产品的个性化需求日益增长,定制化设计成为满足市场多元化需求的关键途径。然而,标准化与定制化在机械设计过程中往往存在冲突,如何有效平衡两者之间的关系,成为当前机械设计领域亟待解决的问题。本研究在此背景下展开,旨在探讨机械设计中标准化与定制化的冲突及其解决策略,为机械制造业提供理论支持和实践指导。本文深入研究了机械设计中标准化与定制化之间的冲突及其解决策略。首先概述了标准化与定制化的基本概念及机械设计理论,随后分析了两者在机械设计过程中产生的设计成本、设计效率、用户需求和技术创新等方面的冲突。针对这些冲突,本文提出了提升设计成本效益、提高设计效率、满足用户需求和促进技术创新等多方面的解决策略。具体包括标准化组件的优化利用、定制化成本的控制方法、标准化流程的简化、定制化设计的模块化、用户参与的标准化设计、定制化服务的个性化解决方案、创新技术的标准化推广以及定制化与技术升级的结合等具体措施。本研究为机械制造业在标准化与定制化之间找到平衡点提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the global manufacturing industry and the increasingly fierce market competition, the field of mechanical design is facing unprecedented challenges. On the one hand, standardized design, with its high efficiency, low cost and high quality, has become an important means to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost; on the other hand, users' personalized demand for products is growing, and customized design has become a key way to meet the diversified market demand. However, standardization and customization often have in conflict in the process of mechanical design. How to effectively balance the relationship between the two has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current field of mechanical design. This study is conducted in this context, aiming to explore the conflict between standardization and customization in mechanical design and its resolution strategies, and to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the mechanical manufacturing industry. This paper examines the conflict between standardization and customization in mechanical design and its resolution strategies. Firstly, the basic concepts and mechanical design theory of standardization and customization are summarized, and then the conflicts of design cost, design efficiency, user demand and technological innovation generated in the mechanical design process are analyzed. In view of these conflicts, this paper puts forward various solution strategies to improve the cost-effectiveness of design, improve the design efficiency, meet the user needs and promote technological innovation. Specifically, it includes the optimization and utilization of standardized components, the control method of customized cost, the simplification of standardized process, the modularization of customized design, the standardized design of user participation, the personalized solutions of customized services, the standardized promotion of innovative technologies, and the combination of customization and technology upgrading. This study provides a useful reference and reference for the machinery manufacturing industry to find a balance between standardization and customization.
