摘 要
本文旨在探讨消费者权益保护法律制度的现状、存在的法律问题及其优化对策。首先概述了消费者权益的定义、特点及保护的重要性,随后分析了当前在消费环境建设、行政保护和司法保护方面取得的成就。然而,消费者权益保护法律制度仍面临法律责任界定不清、处罚力度不足、执法力度欠缺及跨部门协作机制缺失等法律问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了细化法律条款、提高罚款标准、加强执法队伍建设及建立跨部门协作平台等优化对策。通过深入研究,本文旨在为完善我国消费者权益保护法律制度提供理论支持和实践指导,以期更好地保障消费者的合法权益,促进市场经济的健康发展。本研究不仅具有重要的理论价值,而且为实际操作提供了可行的建议,对推动消费者权益保护工作的进步具有积极意义。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the current situation, existing legal problems and optimization countermeasures of consumer rights protection system. Firstly, it summarizes the definition, characteristics and importance of protection of consumer rights and interests, and then analyzes the current achievements in the construction of consumer environment, administrative protection and judicial protection. However, the legal system of consumer rights and interests protection still faces legal problems such as unclear definition of legal responsibility, insufficient punishment, lack of law enforcement and lack of cross-department cooperation mechanism. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures such as refining legal provisions, raising fine standard, strengthening the construction of law enforcement team and establishing cross-department cooperation platform. Through in-depth research, this paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of the law and law protection system of consumer rights and interests in China, in order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy development of market economy. This study not only has important theoretical value, but also provides feasible suggestions for practical operation, and has positive significance to promote the progress of consumer rights protection work.
