生态林业产业发展中的问题及解决对策
摘 要
随着全球对生态环境保护意识的增强和可持续发展战略的深入实施，生态林业产业作为连接自然保护与经济发展的桥梁，其重要性日益凸显。本文分析了生态林业产业在维护生态平衡与生物多样性、促进农村经济发展与农民增收、支撑生态文明建设等方面的重要作用。探讨了当前生态林业产业发展中存在的四大问题：产业结构不合理、科技创新能力不足、资源保护与利用矛盾突出以及市场机制不健全，并对每个问题进行了详细剖析。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的解决对策，包括优化产业结构、推动转型升级，加强科技创新、提升产业竞争力，强化资源保护、实现可持续利用，以及完善市场机制、加大政策支持力度等。

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECOLOGICAL FORESTRY INDUSTRY
ABSTRACT
With the enhancement of global awareness of ecological and environmental protection and the in-depth implementation of sustainable development strategy, the importance of ecological forestry industry, as a bridge connecting natural protection and economic development, has become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the important role of ecological forestry industry in maintaining ecological balance and biodiversity, promoting rural economic development and increasing farmers' income, and supporting the construction of ecological civilization. This paper discusses the four major problems in the development of ecological forestry industry: unreasonable industrial structure, insufficient scientific and technological innovation ability, prominent contradiction between resource protection and utilization, and imperfect market mechanism, and analyzes each problem in detail. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions, including optimizing industrial structure, promoting transformation and upgrading, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, enhancing industrial competitiveness, strengthening resource protection, realizing sustainable utilization, improving market mechanism, increasing policy support and so on.

ABSTRACT
