西北地区森林管护面临的困境及对策
摘 要
西北地区作为我国生态安全的重要屏障，其森林资源在维护生态平衡、促进经济发展及传承生态文化方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本文旨在探讨西北地区森林管护面临的困境及其对策。首先，概述了生态学理论与森林资源管理理论，为后续分析提供理论基础。随后，分析了森林管护在西北地区的重要性，包括维护生态平衡与安全、促进区域经济发展以及传承与保护生态文化等方面。在此基础上，深入剖析了西北地区森林管护面临的自然环境恶劣、气候变化、资源保护与修复难度大、管护体系与机制不健全以及社会经济因素制约等困境。针对这些困境，本文提出了加强自然环境保护与应对气候变化、优化森林资源保护与修复策略、完善管护体系与机制以及协调社会经济因素与生态保护等对策措施。

THE DILEMMA AND COUNTERMEASURES OF FOREST MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION IN NORTHWEST CHINA
ABSTRACT
As an important barrier of ecological security in China, the forest resources in northwest region play an irreplaceable role in maintaining ecological balance, promoting economic development and inheriting ecological culture. This paper aims to explore the dilemma of forest management in northwest China and its countermeasures. First, ecology theory and forest resource management theory are outlined to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent analysis. Subsequently, the importance of forest management and protection in the northwest region is analyzed, including maintaining ecological balance and security, promoting regional economic development, and the inheritance and protection of ecological culture. On this basis, this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties in northwest China, such as harsh natural environment, climate change, difficulty in resource protection and restoration, imperfect management and protection system and mechanism, and social and economic factors. In view of these difficulties, this paper puts forward the countermeasures such as strengthening natural environment protection and responding to climate change, optimizing the strategy of forest resource protection and restoration, improving the management and protection system and mechanism, and coordinating social and economic factors and ecological protection.

ABSTRACT
