水利水电工程中的农村饮水安全问题研究
摘要：农村饮水安全问题是中国乃至全球亟待解决的重要社会问题之一。本文以水利水电工程为背景，针对农村饮水安全问题展开研究。首先，对农村饮水安全问题进行概述，包括问题的定义、特点以及原因和影响因素。然后，探讨了农村饮水安全问题的评价指标和方法，主要包括水质评价、供水可靠性评价以及饮水设施覆盖率评价的指标和方法。接着，分析了农村饮水安全问题的现状，包括水源污染、水质不达标和供水设施落后等方面的问题。在此基础上，提出了解决农村饮水安全问题的策略和措施，包括水源保护和管理措施、饮水设施建设和改善策略以及农村饮水安全管理体制和政策支持。最后，通过某地区的案例研究，验证了解决方案的有效性。本研究为解决农村饮水安全问题提供了理论和实践参考，对于改善农村居民的生活质量和促进农村可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:The problem of rural drinking water safety is one of the important social problems that need to be solved urgently in China and the whole world. Based on the background of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, this paper studies the safety of drinking water in rural areas. Firstly, the paper summarizes the problem of rural drinking water safety, including the definition, characteristics, causes and influencing factors of the problem. Then, the evaluation indexes and methods of rural drinking water safety are discussed, including the evaluation of water quality, reliability of water supply and coverage rate of drinking water facilities. Then, the present situation of drinking water safety in rural areas is analyzed, including water source pollution, substandard water quality and backward water supply facilities. On this basis, the strategies and measures to solve the problem of rural drinking water safety are put forward, including water source protection and management measures, drinking water facilities construction and improvement strategies, and rural drinking water safety management system and policy support. Finally, the effectiveness of the solution is verified through a case study of a certain region. This study provides theoretical and practical reference for solving the problem of rural drinking water safety, which is of great significance for improving the quality of life of rural residents and promoting the sustainable development of rural areas.
