Abstract:The influence of brand experience on marketing effectiveness is a topic that has attracted much research attention. This paper aims to explore the impact of brand experience on marketing effectiveness and provide relevant suggestions and strategies. First, this paper introduces the concept and characteristics of brand experience, including the definition, components and importance. Secondly, the evaluation index of marketing effect is discussed, including the concept, system and measurement method of the index. Next, through comprehensive literature research and case analysis, this paper analyzes the influence of brand experience on marketing effect, including brand cognition, brand attitude, purchase intention and customer loyalty. This paper further explores the practical application of brand experience through application cases in different industries such as catering, hospitality, electronics and retail. Finally, according to the research results, the strategies and methods to enhance brand experience are proposed, including product and service innovation, channel and shopping experience optimization, brand communication and communication strategies, and brand culture and value construction. This study has certain guiding significance for enterprises to improve the marketing effect.
