摘 要
本文聚焦于学前儿童运动技能发展不均衡问题,首先概述了运动技能的定义、特点及发展不均衡的具体表现。随后,分析了运动技能发展不均衡对学前儿童身体健康、自信心、自尊心及社交能力的负面影响。进一步地,探讨了造成这一现象的原因,包括专业知识欠缺、实践能力有限、教育资源分配不均及教学内容单一等。针对这些问题,本文提出了完善专业课程体系、建立实践基地、优化资源配置及丰富课程内容等对策,旨在促进学前儿童运动技能的均衡发展。本研究不仅有助于深化对学前儿童运动技能发展不均衡问题的认识,也为制定科学合理的干预措施提供了理论依据,对提升学前儿童身体素质和综合能力具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the imbalance of motor skills development in preschool children, starting by summarizing the definition, characteristics and the specific performance of the uneven development of motor skills. Subsequently, the negative effects of uneven development of motor skills on physical health, self-confidence, self-esteem and social skills were analyzed. Further, the causes of this phenomenon are discussed, including the lack of professional knowledge, limited practical ability, uneven distribution of educational resources and single teaching content. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving professional curriculum system, establishing practice base, optimizing resource allocation and enriching curriculum content, aiming to promote the balanced development of preschool children's sports skills. This study not only helps to deepen the understanding of the unbalanced development of motor skills in preschool children, but also provides a theoretical basis for the development of scientific and reasonable intervention measures, which is of great significance to improve the physical quality and comprehensive ability of preschool children.
