音乐教育中多元文化融合的问题与对策研究 


摘  要:在全球化的背景下,多元文化教育已成为教育领域的重要议题。音乐教育作为文化传承和创新的重要载体,其多元文化的融合不仅关乎音乐本身的丰富性,也影响着学生的全球视野和跨文化理解能力。然而,在多元文化融合的过程中,音乐教育面临着诸多挑战,如本土与外来文化的冲突、教学标准的不统一、教师跨文化素养的不足以及学生对多元文化的接受度不一等问题。这些问题不仅影响了多元文化音乐教育的实施效果,也制约了音乐教育在文化传承和创新方面的潜力。首先本文概述了多元文化教育的定义与特征,以及音乐教育的基本功能与在文化传承中的角色。分析多元文化融合在音乐教育中的重要作用,包括促进全球视野与跨文化理解、丰富音乐教学内容与形式、培养学生创新能力与适应性以及增进社会和谐与文化包容等方面。在多元文化融合的过程中,音乐教育也面临着本土与外来文化的冲突、教学标准的不统一、教师跨文化素养的不足以及学生对多元文化的接受度不一等问题。针对这些问题,本研究提出了融合本土外来文化、统一教学标准体系、提升教师跨文素养以及增强多元文化教育等对策。

Abstract:In the context of globalization, multicultural education has become an important issue in the field of education. As an important carrier of cultural inheritance and innovation, the multicultural integration of music education is not only related to the richness of music itself, but also affects students' global vision and cross-cultural understanding ability. However, in the process of multi-cultural integration, music education is faced with many challenges, such as the conflict between local and foreign cultures, the inconsistency of teaching standards, the lack of teachers 'cross-cultural literacy, and students' different acceptance of multi-cultural problems. These problems not only affect the implementation effect of multi-cultural music education, but also restrict the potential of music education in cultural inheritance and innovation. First, this paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of multicultural education, as well as the basic function and role of music education in cultural inheritance. It analyzes the important role of multicultural integration in music education, including promoting global vision and cross-cultural understanding, enriching the content and form of music teaching, cultivating students' innovative ability and adaptability, and enhancing social harmony and cultural tolerance. In the process of multi-cultural integration, music education is also faced with the conflict between local and foreign cultures, the inconsistency of teaching standards, the lack of teachers 'cross-cultural literacy and students' acceptance of multi-cultural problems. In view of these problems, this research puts forward some countermeasures, such as integrating local foreign culture, unifying teaching standard system, improving teachers' cross-cultural literacy and enhancing multi-cultural education.
