摘要:本文旨在研究员工激情对个人绩效的影响,并提出了相应的实践启示。通过对相关理论进行综述和分析,并结合实证案例的分析,本文发现员工激情对个人绩效具有积极的影响。首先,创造积极的工作环境可以激发员工的激情,提高他们的个人绩效。其次,明确的绩效目标能够激发员工的动力和积极性,从而提高他们的个人绩效。最后,提供发展机会和挑战可以激发员工的学习和成长欲望,对个人绩效产生积极影响。基于这些发现,本文提出了创建积极的工作环境、建立明确的绩效目标,以及提供发展机会和挑战等实践启示,以帮助组织提高员工的工作激情,并对个人绩效产生积极的影响。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of employee passion on individual performance, and put forward the corresponding practical enlightenment. Through the review and analysis of relevant theories, combined with the analysis of empirical cases, this paper finds that employee passion has a positive impact on individual performance. First, creating a positive work environment can stimulate employees' passion and improve their personal performance. Secondly, clear performance goals can stimulate the motivation and enthusiasm of employees, thus improving their personal performance. Finally, providing opportunities and challenges for development can stimulate the desire of employees to learn and grow, which has a positive impact on individual performance. Based on these findings, this paper proposes practical implications such as creating a positive work environment, establishing clear performance goals, and providing development opportunities and challenges to help organizations increase employee passion at work and have a positive impact on individual performance.
