摘要：本文旨在研究土地征迁对公共利益的保障问题。通过对相关文献进行综述，探讨公共利益的概念和重要性，以及土地征迁的背景和现状。同时，分析土地征迁与公共利益的关系，并研究土地征迁的法律框架及权益保障机制。进一步探讨土地征迁中存在的问题与挑战，如土地征迁中的权益保障问题、政府与农民之间的利益冲突等。最后，提出政策建议与改进措施，包括完善土地征迁政策、加强监督与评估机制、提高政府与农民的沟通与协商能力等。通过本研究，旨在为解决土地征迁对公共利益保障问题提供一定的参考和指导。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the protection of land expropriation and relocation to public interests. Through the review of relevant literature, this paper discusses the concept and importance of public interest, as well as the background and current situation of land acquisition and removal. At the same time, it analyzes the relationship between land expropriation and public interest, and studies the legal fr amework and rights protection mechanism of land expropriation and removal. Further discuss the problems and challenges in land expropriation and relocation, such as the protection of rights and interests in land expropriation and relocation, the conflict of interests between the government and farmers. Finally, the paper puts forward policy suggestions and improvement measures, including improving the land acquisition and relocation policy, strengthening the supervision and evaluation mechanism, and improving the communication and negotiation ability between the government and farmers. Through this study, the purpose is to provide certain reference and guidance for solving the problem of public interest protection of land expropriation and relocation.
