林业种苗产业发展中的问题及解决策略

摘  要

在全球气候变化和资源环境压力日益增大的背景下，林业作为生态安全的重要保障和经济社会可持续发展的重要基础，其地位愈发凸显。林业种苗产业作为林业的基石，在推动林业可持续发展和生态建设中扮演着至关重要的角色。然而，当前我国林业种苗产业面临着一系列问题，这些问题严重制约了产业的健康发展和林业整体效益的提升。本文通过对林业种苗产业的深入分析，揭示了种苗质量不一、种质资源保护不足、科技创新能力弱和市场规范性问题等主要问题，并针对性地提出了加强种苗质量监管、提升种质资源保护与利用、增强科技创新与成果转化、完善市场机制与法规建设等解决策略。通过这些策略的实施，旨在为我国林业种苗产业的转型升级提供理论支持和实践指导，进而促进林业产业的可持续发展。

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS TO THE STRATEGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF FORESTRY SEED AND SEEDLING INDUSTRY

ABSTRACT

Under the context of global climate change and increasing pressure on resources and environment, forestry, as an important guarantee for ecological security and an important basis for sustainable economic and social development, is becoming more and more prominent. As the cornerstone of forestry, the forestry seed and seedling industry plays a vital role in promoting the sustainable development and ecological construction of forestry. However, at present, China's forestry seedling industry is facing a series of problems, which seriously restrict the healthy development of the industry and the improvement of the overall benefit of forestry. Through the in-depth analysis of forestry seedling industry, reveals the seedling quality, germplasm resources protection, science and technology innovation ability and market regulatory problems, and put forward the targeted seedling quality supervision, improve germplasm resources protection and utilization, enhance scientific and technological innovation and achievements transformation, improve the market mechanism and regulations construction strategy. Through the implementation of these strategies, it aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of China's forestry seedling industry, and then promote the sustainable development of forestry industry.
