云计算环境下的多目标路由优化研究

摘  要

在当今互联网技术的快速发展背景下,云计算已成为关键的信息技术基础设施,承担着巨大的数据处理和存储任务。本文深入探讨了云计算环境下路由技术的优化问题,特别是在多目标优化理论框架下的路由策略设计。首先,概述了云计算网络架构的特点,并简要回顾了传统路由技术的基本原理与局限性。随后,详细阐述了多目标优化问题在路由优化中的应用,包括多目标模型的构建、优化算法的选择与分析,以及性能评估与权衡策略。在云计算环境下的路由优化现状部分,本文系统梳理了现有的路由优化策略,并重点分析了遗传算法、机器学习及动态调整算法在云计算路由决策中的应用案例。通过对这些方案的优缺点进行剖析,指出了当前路由优化面临的挑战与不足。基于上述分析,本文提出了基于多目标的路由优化设计方案。该方案首先明确了优化目标,包括提高网络吞吐量、降低延迟、增强负载均衡能力等,并据此构建了多目标优化模型。随后,通过选择合适的优化算法、设置合理的算法参数以及实施算法调优,实现了对路由策略的优化设计。最后,通过仿真实验对优化方案进行了全面评估,从多个性能指标出发,对实验结果进行了深入分析与比较,验证了所提方案的有效性与优越性。

Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of today's Internet technology, cloud computing has become a key information technology infrastructure and undertakes huge data processing and storage tasks. This paper discusses the optimization of routing technology in cloud computing environment, especially the routing strategy design under the fr amework of multi-ob jective optimization theory. Firstly, the characteristics of cloud computing network architecture are summarized, and the basic principles and limitations of traditional routing technology are briefly reviewed. Then, the application of multi-ob jective optimization problem in routing optimization is described in detail, including the construction of multi-ob jective model, the selection and analysis of optimization algorithm, and the performance evaluation and tradeoff strategy. In the section of route optimization status under cloud computing environment, this paper systematically combs the existing route optimization strategies, and focuses on analyzing the application cases of genetic algorithm, machine learning and dynamic adjustment algorithm in cloud computing routing decision. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these schemes, the challenges and shortcomings of current routing optimization are pointed out. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes a routing optimization design scheme based on multi-ob jective. Firstly, the optimization ob jectives are defined, including improving network throughput, reducing latency and enhancing load balancing capability, and then a multi-ob jective optimization model is constructed. Then, by selecting suitable algorithm, setting reasonable algorithm parameters and implementing algorithm tuning, the optimization design of routing strategy is realized. Finally, the optimization scheme is evaluated comprehensively through simulation experiments, and the experimental results are analyzed and compared from multiple performance indexes, which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed scheme.
