社会工作在孤独症儿童辅导中的干预策略研究
摘要:本研究以社会工作在孤独症儿童辅导中的干预策略为主题,通过综合文献分析和理论探讨,对孤独症儿童和其辅导需求进行了深入的理解,总结了社会工作在提供有效辅导的角色和职责。在理论框架部分,研究探讨了认知行为疗法、社交技能训练、情绪调节和情感支持等干预策略,并提出了其他潜在的干预理论和方法。在干预策略部分,研究重点分析了认知行为疗法、社交技能训练和情绪调节与情感支持在孤独症儿童辅导中的应用,探讨了其效果和实践意义。此外,研究还指出了社会工作在孤独症儿童辅导中面临的挑战,包括资源和支持匮乏、家长和社会支持的重要性以及个体差异和复杂性。针对这些挑战,研究提出了改进策略,如提供专业培训和支持、加强家长和社区合作、推广综合干预模式等。本研究对于提升社会工作在孤独症儿童辅导中的实践水平具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:This study takes the intervention strategies of social work in the counseling of autistic children as the theme. Through comprehensive literature analysis and theoretical discussion, this study has a deep understanding of autistic children and their counseling needs, and summarizes the role and responsibility of social work in providing effective counseling. In the theoretical fr amework section, the study explores intervention strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, social skills training, emotional regulation, and emotional support, and proposes other potential intervention theories and approaches. In the part of intervention strategy, the research focuses on the application of cognitive behavioral therapy, social skills training, emotion regulation and emotional support in the counseling of autistic children, and discusses its effects and practical significance. In addition, the study points to challenges that social work faces in working with children with autism, including the lack of resources and support, the importance of parental and social support, and individual differences and complexities. In response to these challenges, the study proposes improvement strategies, such as providing professional training and support, strengthening parent-community collaboration, and promoting integrated intervention models. This study has important guiding significance for improving the practice level of social work in the counseling of autistic children.
