摘要:行政创新与组织变革是当今社会发展中的重要课题。本论文旨在探讨行政创新对组织变革的影响与作用,以及组织变革对行政创新的推动与支持。通过对国内外研究现状的梳理,我们发现行政创新与组织变革相辅相成,相互促进。行政创新是指在公共管理领域中引入新的理念、方法和工具,以提升行政效能和服务质量。组织变革则是指在组织管理中对组织结构、文化、绩效等方面进行的全面调整和改革。行政创新与组织变革相辅相成,在实践中相互促进。通过深入研究行政创新对组织变革的作用和影响,以及组织变革对行政创新的推动和支持,可以为公共管理和组织发展提供理论和实践的指导。

Abstract: Administrative innovation and organizational change are important topics in today's social development. This paper aims to explore the impact and role of administrative innovation on organizational change, as well as the promotion and support of organizational change on administrative innovation. Through reviewing the current research status both domestically and internationally, we have found that administrative innovation and organizational change complement and promote each other. Administrative innovation refers to the introduction of new concepts, methods, and tools in the field of public management to enhance administrative efficiency and service quality. Organizational change refers to the comprehensive adjustment and reform of organizational structure, culture, performance, and other aspects in organizational management. Administrative innovation and organizational change complement each other and promote each other in practice. Through in-depth research on the role and impact of administrative innovation on organizational change, as well as the promotion and support of organizational change on administrative innovation, theoretical and practical guidance can be provided for public management and organizational development.
