本文概述了林业病虫害的现状，包括种类、地理分布及防控挑战。强调了防控工作的重要性，并针对气候变化、极端天气、预测难度、外来物种入侵、资金不足和社会参与度低等问题提出了策略建议。建议包括调整防控策略以适应气候变化，建立天气预警系统，提高监测精度和效率，加强外来物种管理，增加政府投入，并鼓励公众参与，以实现有效防控和林业可持续发展。

CHALLENGES AND COUNTERMEASURES OF FOREST DISEASE AND INSECT PEST CONTROL

ABSTRACT

This paper outlines the current situation of forestry diseases and insect pests, including species, geographical distribution and prevention and control challenges. The importance of prevention and control work is emphasized, and strategic suggestions are made on climate change, extreme weather, prediction difficulty, invasion of alien species, insufficient funding and low social participation. The recommendations include adjusting prevention and control strategies to adapt to climate change, establishing weather warning systems, improving monitoring accuracy and efficiency, strengthening the management of alien species, increasing government input, and encouraging public participation to achieve effective prevention and control and sustainable forestry development.
