摘 要:教育改革推动下,小学数学教育面临挑战,传统教学模式忽视学生差异,难以满足需求。分层教学,关注个体差异,提升学习兴趣和教学效果,受到关注。但实施分层教学存在难点,如教师能力、资源分配、家长和学校支持、评价体系等。本文探讨小学数学分层教学的难点及对策,分析其背景和意义,指出优势。详细讨论实施难点,并提出对策,包括加强教师发展、优化资源配置、增强合作、完善评价体系。旨在为教学改革提供参考,促进分层教学有效实施。

Difficulties and countermeasures of stratified teaching in primary school mathematics teaching

Abstract:Driven by the education reform, primary school mathematics education is facing challenges, and the traditional teaching mode ignores the differences of students and is difficult to meet the needs. Stratified teaching, pay attention to individual differences, improve learning interest and teaching effect, received attention. However, there are difficulties in implementing stratified teaching, such as teacher ability, resource allocation, parent and school support, evaluation system, etc. This paper discusses the difficulties and countermeasures of stratified teaching of primary school mathematics, analyzes its background and significance, and points out the advantages. The implementation difficulties are discussed in detail, and countermeasures are put forward, including strengthening teacher development, optimizing resource allocation, enhancing cooperation and improving the evaluation system. It aims to provide reference for teaching reform and promote the effective implementation of stratified teaching.
