摘 要
本文旨在探讨重型自卸汽车的疲劳寿命分析与结构优化设计。首先概述了疲劳寿命研究的重要性及其基础理论与方法,强调了重型自卸汽车在这一领域中的特殊性。随后,文章深入分析了重载翻斗车的结构设计,包括机构优化设计的目标与原理、基础方法与技巧,并特别关注了重型自卸汽车结构的优化设计及其效果评价与检验。在此基础上,文章进一步探讨了结构优化与重型自卸汽车疲劳寿命之间的交互作用,提出了联合优化设计与疲劳寿命的综合评价方法。最后,文章从工艺革新、环境保护与可持续发展、智能与自动化等角度,分析了这些因素对重型自卸汽车结构优化与疲劳寿命分析的影响与作用。本研究不仅为重型自卸汽车的结构优化提供了理论支持,也为提高其疲劳寿命、实现可持续发展提供了有益参考。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the fatigue life analysis and structure optimization design of heavy-duty dump truck. First, we outline the importance of fatigue life research and its basic theories and methods, emphasizing the particularity of heavy dump truck in this field. Subsequently, the article deeply analyzes the structural design of heavy-duty dump truck, including the ob jectives and principles of the optimization design of the organization, basic methods and skills, and pays special attention to the optimization design of heavy dump truck structure and its effect evaluation and inspection. On this basis, the paper further discusses the interaction between structure optimization and fatigue life of heavy dump truck, and proposed the comprehensive evaluation method of joint optimization design and fatigue life. Finally, the paper analyzes the influence of these factors on structural optimization and fatigue life analysis from the perspectives of technological innovation, environmental protection and sustainable development, intelligence and automation. This study not only provides theoretical support for the structural optimization of heavy dump trucks, but also provides a useful reference for improving their fatigue life and realizing sustainable development.

Abstract
