摘 要
在信息技术飞速发展的今天,智慧旅游已成为旅游业发展的重要趋势。本研究首先概述了智慧旅游的定义及其发展历程,随后深入探讨了智慧旅游在提升服务质量中的多维度作用,包括提高旅游信息的透明度、优化旅游服务流程以及提升旅游体验。通过实时更新旅游信息、提供全面展示旅游目的地的信息、实施智能化旅游预订系统和自助化服务设施,智慧旅游显著提高了服务效率和游客满意度。此外,研究还分析了智慧旅游在旅游服务中的应用案例,如智慧景区建设和智慧酒店服务,进一步证明了智慧旅游在提升服务质量方面的实际效果。面对智慧旅游发展中的挑战,研究提出了相应的解决方案,强调了数据安全与隐私保护的重要性,并讨论了技术更新与人才培养的策略。最后,研究展望了智慧旅游的未来发展趋势,指出人工智能与大数据的深度融合将进一步提升旅游服务的个性化和智能化水平,并强调智慧旅游对于可持续发展的贡献。结论部分提出,智慧旅游不仅是提升服务质量的有效手段,也是推动旅游业可持续发展的关键因素。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, smart tourism has become an important trend in the development of tourism. This study first outlined the definition of smart tourism and its development history, and then deeply discussed the multi-dimensional role of smart tourism in improving the quality of service, including improving the transparency of tourism information, optimizing the process of tourism service and improving tourism experience. By updating travel information in real time, providing comprehensive information on tourist destinations, implementing intelligent travel booking systems and self-service service facilities, smart tourism has significantly improved service efficiency and visitor satisfaction. In addition, the study also analyzes the application cases of smart tourism in tourism services, such as smart scenic spot construction and smart hotel services, which further proves the actual effect of smart tourism in improving service quality. In the face of the challenges in the development of smart tourism, the study puts forward corresponding solutions, emphasizes the importance of data security and privacy protection, and discusses the strategy of technology update and talent training. Finally, the study looks forward to the future development trend of smart tourism, pointing out that the deep integration of artificial intelligence and big data will further enhance the personalized and intelligent level of tourism services, and emphasizes the contribution of smart tourism to sustainable development. The conclusion points out that smart tourism is not only an effective means to improve service quality, but also a key factor to promote the sustainable development of tourism.
