摘 要
本文基于机器学习技术,对网络攻击的检测与防护进行了研究。首先介绍了研究背景和意义,指出网络攻击对信息安全造成的威胁和影响。然后明确了研究的目的和目标,即通过机器学习算法实现网络攻击的自动检测和防护。接下来,详细探讨了机器学习在网络攻击检测中的应用方法和技术,包括监督学习、无监督学习和强化学习等算法。同时,分析了机器学习算法的优缺点及适用场景,并设计了基于机器学习的网络攻击检测系统。另外,还研究了常见的网络安全防护技术和工具,并提出了基于机器学习的网络攻击防护方法和策略。最后,综合应用机器学习和其他技术,设计了综合防护方案。通过实验和结果分析,验证了该方案的有效性和性能。

Abstract
This paper studies the detection and protection of network attacks based on machine learning technology. Introduce the research background and significance, and point out the threat and influence of network attacks on information security. Then the purpose and goal of the research are defined, that is, the automatic detection and protection of network attacks through machine learning algorithm. Next, the application methods and techniques of machine learning in network attack detection are discussed in detail, including algorithms such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of machine learning algorithm are analyzed, and a network attack detection based system is designed. In addition, the common network security protection technologies and tools are also studied, and the network attack protection methods and strategies based on machine learning are proposed. Finally, the machine learning and other techniques are comprehensively applied to design a comprehensive protection scheme. The effectiveness and performance of the scheme were verified by experiments and result analysis..
