浅谈森林资源保护和森林防火措施研究
摘 要
随着全球气候变化和人口增长，森林资源面临前所未有的压力，包括过度开发、非法采伐、病虫害频发等。同时，火灾作为森林面临的主要威胁之一，其发生频率和强度的上升对生态环境、社会经济乃至人民生命财产安全构成了严重威胁。本研究围绕森林资源保护与森林防火的重要性、存在的问题及对策进行深入分析。首先，基于森林资源管理理论、生态学理论和森林防火理论，探讨了森林的生态价值及其对社会经济发展的支撑作用，强调了森林防火在保障森林资源安全、减少生态灾害和经济损失方面的重要性。接着，识别了当前森林资源保护中存在的主要问题，包括过度开发、非法采伐、病虫害以及自然灾害等，以及防火意识淡薄、防火设施与技术落后、防火管理体系不健全等问题。最后，提出了针对性的对策，如加强森林资源保护力度、提高公众防火意识、升级防火设施与技术、健全防火管理体系等，为有效保护森林资源和预防森林火灾提供了理论与实践指导。

RESEARCH ON FOREST RESOURCES PROTECTION AND FOREST FIRE PREVENTION MEASURES
ABSTRACT
With global climate change and population growth, forest resources are under unprecedented pressure, including overexploitation, illegal logging, frequent diseases and pests. At the same time, as one of the main threats facing the forest, the rise of its occurrence frequency and intensity poses a serious threat to the ecological environment, social economy and even the safety of people's life and property. This study focuses on the thorough analysis of the importance, existing problems and countermeasures of forest resource protection and forest fire prevention. Firstly, based on the theory of forest resource management, ecology theory and forest fire prevention theory, the ecological value of forest and its supporting role in social and economic development are discussed, and the importance of forest fire prevention in ensuring the safety of forest resources and reducing ecological disasters and economic losses is emphasized. Then, it identified the main problems existing in the current process of forest resources protection, including excessive exploitation, illegal logging, diseases and insect pests and natural disasters, as well as weak awareness of fire prevention, backward fire prevention facilities and technology, imperfect fire prevention management system and other problems. Finally, targeted countermeasures are put forward, such as strengthening the protection of forest resources, improving the public awareness of fire prevention, upgrading fire prevention facilities and technologies, and improving the fire prevention management system, which provide theoretical and practical guidance for the effective protection of forest resources and forest fire prevention.
