摘 要
随着全球化和现代化的进程加速,传统文化面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。特别是在基础教育阶段,如何有效地将传统文化融入课程,使之成为培养学生综合素质和价值观的重要资源,成为了教育工作者和学者们关注的焦点。本文深入探讨了传统文化教育在小学阶段的重要性、现状及其传承策略。首先,通过界定传统文化教育的内容,明确了其在小学课程中的定位与核心价值,包括对学生价值观塑造、情感与认知培养以及综合素质提升的重要作用。随后,文章对当前小学教育中的传统文化教育现状进行了全面分析,揭示了课程设置、实施情况、教材体现与分布以及学生兴趣与接受度等方面的现状与挑战。针对传统文化教育面临的传承难题,本文提出了多维度的传承策略。一方面,强调家庭、学校与社区的协同教育,通过整合社区教育资源、开展丰富的传统文化活动以及构建社区联动的教育模式,营造浓厚的传统文化学习氛围。另一方面,主张建立科学的传统文化教育评价体系,明确评价目标与原则,细化评价内容与指标,并探索适用的评价方法与工具,以确保传统文化教育的有效实施与持续改进。此外,本文还着重强调了教师队伍在传统文化传承中的关键作用,提出了提升教师传统文化素养、促进传统文化与教学实践融合创新、完善师资选拔与激励机制等具体措施,以期打造一支高素质、专业化的传统文化教育师资队伍。

Innovation and inheritance of traditional culture education in primary education
Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization and modernization, traditional culture is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Especially in the stage of basic education, how to effectively integrate traditional culture into the curriculum and make it an important resource for cultivating students' comprehensive quality and values has become the focus of educators and scholars. This paper deeply discusses the importance, present situation and inheritance strategy of traditional culture education in primary school. First of all, by defining the content of traditional culture education, it clarifies its positioning and core value in primary school curriculum, including its important role in shaping students' values, cultivating their emotions and cognition, and improving their comprehensive quality. Then, the article makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of traditional culture education in primary education, revealing the current situation and challenges in curriculum setting, implementation, embodiment and distribution of teaching materials, as well as students' interest and acceptance. In view of the inheritance problems faced by traditional culture education, this paper puts forward a multi-dimensional inheritance strategy. On the one hand, it emphasizes the collaborative education of family, school and community, and creates a strong learning atmosphere of traditional culture by integrating community education resources, carrying out rich traditional cultural activities and building an education model of community linkage. On the other hand, it advocates the establishment of a scientific evaluation system of traditional cultural education, clear evaluation ob jectives and principles, refine evaluation contents and indicators, and explore applicable evaluation methods and tools to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of traditional cultural education. In addition, this paper also emphasizes the key role of teachers in the inheritance of traditional culture, and puts forward specific measures such as improving teachers' traditional cultural literacy, promoting the integration and innovation of traditional culture and teaching practice, and improving the teacher selection and incentive mechanism, so as to build a high-quality and professional team of traditional culture education teachers.
