摘 要
本文旨在探讨城市旅游形象塑造的挑战与对策,以提升城市旅游竞争力与可持续发展能力。首先,通过阐述研究背景及意义,明确了在全球化背景下,城市旅游形象作为吸引游客、促进地方经济发展的重要因素,其塑造与提升已成为迫切需求。随后,系统梳理了城市旅游形象的定义、构成要素及塑造的理论基础与模型,随后深入剖析了当前城市旅游形象塑造面临的四大挑战:旅游资源同质化严重、宣传推广不足、基础设施与服务水平参差不齐,以及环境保护与历史文化传承的冲突。这些问题不仅制约了城市旅游形象的塑造,也影响了旅游业的健康发展。针对上述问题,第四章提出了相应的解决对策。一是挖掘特色资源,打造独特城市旅游形象,强调深入挖掘地方特色与文化底蕴,实现精准定位与差异化竞争;二是加强宣传推广,提升市场认知度,通过多元化宣传渠道和创新营销手段,增强城市旅游吸引力;三是完善基础设施,提升服务水平,加大投入改善旅游设施,同时加强服务人员培训,提升整体服务质量;四是平衡发展与保护,实现可持续旅游,制定环境保护政策以减少旅游负面影响,并强化历史文化资源保护,传承城市文脉。最后,本文总结指出,通过综合施策,城市可以有效克服旅游形象塑造中的难题,提升旅游竞争力,实现旅游业的可持续发展。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the challenges and countermeasures of urban tourism image building, so as to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development ability of urban tourism. First of all, by explaining the research background and significance, it is clear that under the context of globalization, urban tourism image is an important factor to attract tourists and promote the development of local economy, and its shaping and promotion has become an urgent need. Subsequently, the system combed the definition of urban tourism image, constituent elements and shaping the theoretical basis and model, then deeply analyzes the current city tourism image shaping the four challenges: tourism resources homogeneity, insufficient promotion, infrastructure and service level is uneven, as well as environmental protection and historical and cultural heritage conflict. These problems not only restrict the shaping of the city's tourism image, but also affect the healthy development of the tourism industry. In view of the above problems, the fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding solutions. The first is to explore characteristic resources, create a unique urban tourism image, emphasize the deep mining of local characteristics and cultural heritage, realize precise positioning and differentiated competition; the second is to strengthen the publicity and promotion, enhance the market awareness, and enhance the urban tourism attraction; the third is to improve the infrastructure, improve the service level, increase the investment, strengthen the service personnel training, improve the overall service quality; the fourth is to balance the development and protection, realize sustainable tourism, formulate environmental protection policies to reduce the negative impact of tourism, and strengthen the protection of historical and cultural resources, and inherit the urban context. Finally, this paper concludes that, through comprehensive measures, the city can effectively overcome the difficult problems in the tourism image building, improve the competitiveness of tourism, and realize the sustainable development of tourism.
